  • Thank you for your interest in an internship with Americans 4 Equality! We are thrilled about your enthusiasm and appreciate your commitment to making a difference.

    We also want to thank you for attending the Internship Tour on February 26-27 and for following up with your intent to continue. As a result, we are advancing you to Step 2 of the selection process.

    Here’s What to Expect Next:

    ✅ Step 2: Self-nominate for the internship that best aligns with your skills and interests by completing the nomination form (to be sent tomorrow).
    ✅ Step 3: Screening of your resume and profile to assess qualifications.
    ✅ Step 4: Selected candidates will be invited for an in-person panel discussion and interview.
    ✅ Step 5: Final candidates will receive an offer letter for a two-month paid internship.

    Please note that we have over 20 students interested, but only 5 spots available, meaning our selection rate is 25%. This will be a competitive process, similar to real-world job recruitment.

  • Internship Details and Requirement

  • Each role has minimum competency and experience requirements, but all interns must meet the following expectations:

    1. In-Person Work: Interns must be onsite in Bellevue at WeWork for two days per week (9 AM - 5 PM). Your designated in-office days will be determined by your supervisor.
    2. Remote Work: The remaining three days will be remote, and you are expected to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
    3. Attendance & Professionalism: Interns must maintain 90% attendance, dress in business casual attire, and demonstrate professional communication skills at all times.
    4. Performance Criteria: Any candidate with below 80% attendance or below 80% attainment in the Warp 10 program will automatically be disqualified from the internship program.
    5. Prior to joining you will be signing an NDA and a code of conduct
