    • Attend at least 80% of in-person sessions (about 40 hours).

    • Complete at least 80% of self-paced learning (around 80 hours).
    • Show good progress through tests, assignments, or project work.

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Must live in Washington State during the program.

    • You must be 18 years or older when the program starts.

    • You should be able to read and write in English to participate fully.

    You should be comfortable with:

    • Using a computer and browsing the internet
    • Sending emails and using programs like Word or Excel
    • Learning new tech tools during the program
