    Warp 10 Technical Learning Program

    Program Overview

    The Warp 10 Technical Learning Program is an innovative 3-month hybrid learning experience designed to equip participants with real, in-demand skills in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Data Analysis, Programming, and more. With 120 hours of intensive training led by industry professionals, Warp 10 offers practical instruction, hands-on activities, and mentorship to help you boost your expertise and accelerate your career in tech.

    Warp 10 is our flagship program and the foundation behind our proven Warp 5, Warp 7, and Warp 1 programs. In-person classes are offered on select weekdays from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with some cohorts also meeting on Saturdays. Please refer to your specific cohort schedule for details. Independently valued at over $14,000, this program is completely free for approved candidates!

    Attend at least 80% of in-person sessions (approximately 40 hours).

    2. Coursework
    Complete at least 80% of self-paced learning (around 80 hours). Show good progress through tests, assignments, or project work.

    3. Citizenship & Residency
    Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must live in Washington State during the program.

    4. Age
    You must be 18 years or older when the program starts.

    5. English Skills
    Be able to read, write, and communicate in English to participate fully in coursework and discussions.

    6. Basic Tech Skills
    Have basic computer proficiency (typing, email, web navigation) and be comfortable using programs like Word or Excel and learning new tech tools during the program.
    Note: Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in removal from the program. Exceptions or accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Americans 4 Equality Non-Disclosure Agreement

    This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered into between Americans 4 Equality (A4E), a non-profit organization, and individuals applying for participation in A4E programs.

    By submitting an application, the student agrees to the terms outlined below to ensure the protection of confidential information shared during the application process, participation, and interactions with A4E.

    1. Purpose

    A4E may share confidential and proprietary information with student applicants and program participants for the purpose of:

    • Processing applications
    • Enabling participation in A4E programs
    • Ensuring compliance with A4E’s educational and operational standards

    This Agreement ensures that such information remains protected and confidential.

    2. Definition of Confidential Information

    For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to:

    • Personal and Application address, contact details, government-issued identification.
    • Academic and Participation Records: Student progress, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Organizational Strategies and Policies: Internal policies, operational guidelines, and program development plans.
    • Donor and Volunteer Information: Contact details and involvement records of A4E’s supporters.
    • Financial Information: Budgets, funding sources, and grants.
    • Research and Methodologies: Studies, surveys, and program evaluations.
    • Intellectual Property: Copyrighted materials, proprietary methodologies, and technological developments.
    • Recorded Sessions and Materials: Audio, video, and transcripts from program discussions, training, and mentorship.
    • Personal Identification Information (PII): Sensitive personal data including tax identification numbers and bank details.
    • Any other information designated as confidential by A4E.

    3. Obligations of Student Applicants and Participants

    By submitting an application and participating in A4E programs, the student agrees to:

    • Maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information.
    • Not disclose or distribute Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from A4E.
    • Not share, distribute, or sell Confidential Information to unauthorized entities.
    • Use Confidential Information solely for purposes related to A4E’s programs.
    • Implement reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
    • Protect Personal Identification Information (PII) from identity theft or misuse.
    • Return or securely destroy all Confidential Information upon request or completion of the program.
    • Not engage in defamation, slander, or any statements intended to harm A4E’s reputation. (This does not prevent participants from reporting legitimate grievances or legal violations through proper channels.)
    • Acknowledge that violations of this Agreement may result in removal from the program and/or legal remedies as permitted by applicable law.

    4. Protection of Student Information

    A4E is committed to safeguarding the personal information of all student applicants and participants. A4E agrees to:

    • Use student personal data only for purposes related to the application process and program administration.
    • Not share student information with unauthorized third parties without consent, except as required by law.
    • Implement reasonable security measures to protect student data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

    5. Term and Termination

    This Agreement remains in effect throughout the student’s application process and participation in A4E programs.

    The confidentiality obligations outlined in this Agreement shall continue for two (2) years following the completion of the program or termination of participation.

    6. Legal Remedies

    In the event of a breach of this Agreement, A4E reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and other remedies available under applicable law.

    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    8. Miscellaneous

    • This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between A4E and the student.
    • Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
    • If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.

    Agreement Acknowledgment

    By submitting an application to Americans 4 Equality, the student acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement.

  • Code of Conduct

    This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior for all participants in the Americans 4 Equality Warp 1 Tech Learning Program, including students, instructors, staff, and guests. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for everyone. Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.

    I. General Behavior

    • Respect for Others: Treat all peers, instructors, and staff with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
    • No Harassment or Discrimination: Bullying, intimidation, harassment (including cyberbullying), or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
    • Inclusivity: Be inclusive and considerate of different backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and abilities.
    • Collaboration: Foster teamwork and constructive discussions.
    • Professionalism: Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions.

    II. Attendance and Punctuality

    • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
    • If unable to attend, participants must notify the program staff in advance.
    • Excessive unexcused absences may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the program.

    III. Disruptive Behavior

    Disruptive behavior negatively impacts the learning environment and will not be tolerated. This includes:

    • Failure to follow instructor or staff directions.
    • Behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe atmosphere.
    • Excessive lateness or leaving sessions early without permission.
    • Use of devices for non-program-related activities during sessions.
    • Use or possession of alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons on program premises.

    IV. Technology and Equipment Use

    • Program equipment, software, and accounts are to be used solely for program-related purposes.
    • Participants must not install unauthorized software or access restricted systems.
    • Any equipment provided must be returned in good condition upon completion of the program.
    • Participants are responsible for the security of their own login credentials and accounts.

    V. Attainment Requirements

    To successfully complete the program, participants must meet the following requirement:

    • 80% Attainment Requirement: Participants must achieve at least 80% in graded coursework, assessments, and projects.

    Failure to meet this minimum requirement may result in dismissal from the program.

    VI. Academic Integrity

    • Honesty in Work: Complete assignments independently unless collaboration is explicitly allowed.
    • Proper Attribution: Credit external sources appropriately.
    • Data Integrity: Falsifying or manipulating data is strictly prohibited.

    VII. Reporting Concerns

    If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report them to:

    Reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly. Retaliation against individuals reporting concerns is strictly prohibited.

    VIII. Consequences for Misconduct

    Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in the following, depending on the nature and severity of the offense:

    1. Verbal or Written Warning
    2. Probation (with conditions for continued participation)
    3. Dismissal from the program

    Disciplinary decisions are made by A4E program leadership. Participants may submit a written appeal within five (5) business days of receiving a disciplinary decision.

    By participating in the Americans 4 Equality Warp 1 Tech Learning Program, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
